Choosing Translation as a Profession

                     Today it is not difficult to choose profession of your like because of the immense diversity available in the marketplace but in another sense it becomes hard as you have to consider many things while choosing a profession. You have to consider many factors including your own limitations whether you would be able to do the task, required time if you can give, last and most important is income whether it is enough for your subsistence. So amidst this huge list of choice, one profession you would love, I am sure is a freelance translator if you are ready to fulfill its demanding requirements and have adequate education and natural talent of converting message of your native language into foreign one. Consider a job at your door demands nothing from you except time only at your relieve. No boss shouting and scolding you at little mistakes, no need to flatter your seniors to get promotion and above all no hurry to get up early in the morning.

 If you are really ready to choose translation profession than you are stepping into a prosperous and happy life. In this profession you can not only make handsome money but also a life time supply of work because this field is expanding day by day. 2.      Just Google  “translation agency” or “freelance translation”, you will get a whole list of agencies outsourcing translation services. Pick one that suits you (there are many things to consider here especially your language combination and the domain of subjects they deal)

3.      Get registered (In most websites registration is free), then you will be asked to do a sample translation in order to check your translating abilities.

4.      Get it done(never try to copy material from the net as there is possibility that work you are asked to do has been done already and perhaps also available some where on the internet. But every translation company has software to check  plagiarism, never try it, you might not only lose the job but also blacklisted and loose your chance to enter in this wonderful profession)

5.      When you qualify test, you are done. Now your career as freelance translator has begun. You can also get registered in more than one websites if you want more work.

6.      Choose your time when you will be available (they ask you at your ease) and start making money while you are among your beloved ones at your own home right in your room.
